These terms apply to all work carried out by Mobile Auto Locksmith Hamilton.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the vehicle and job details you provide. If the vehicle, security system or condition differs materially from what was described, we will re-quote before continuing and you may decline at that point.

Proof of ownership

We require satisfactory proof that you own, or are authorised to access, the vehicle or property before performing entry, key or lock work. We may decline a job where ownership cannot be established.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless a business account has been arranged in advance. We accept card payment on site and bank transfer.

Warranty

Keys, remotes and parts supplied by us carry a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defect. The warranty excludes physical damage, water damage, loss and battery consumption.

Liability

We carry out work using non-destructive methods wherever possible. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, wear or damage to locks, ignitions or electrical systems, or for consequential loss such as missed appointments.

Response times

Estimated arrival times are given in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather and job queues. We will keep you informed if an estimate changes.
