MG Extender Key System and What We Can Do

The Extender uses a push-button start smart key on current NZ models, programmed through the OBD port into the vehicle's immobiliser. With a working key available, we cut and program a spare at the ute. If every key is lost — a common job-site problem — we carry out all-keys-lost recovery, reading the immobiliser, generating a new key registration, and deleting the lost key's codes.
