AN160 Fortuner (2015–present): All NZ-delivered AN160 Fortuners use Toyota's smart proximity key with push-to-start. The key programming procedure follows Toyota's standard OBD sequence — the same platform as the Hilux and RAV4 smart key.
AN50 Fortuner (2005–2015): Older generation — transponder key with remote. More affordable to replace than current smart key models.
